Along with training the undergraduates the Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy of KMCT Medical College routinely carry out dermatologic and cosmetic procedures such as biopsies, skin grafting, cryotherapy, electrocautery, chemical peels and skin resurfacing procedures such as derma rolling. The Department also conducts Laser procedures for acne scar, to remove unwanted hair growth. Diagnosis and treatment of various skin diseases like Psoriasis, Eczema, Leucoderma etc are also undertaken by the Department.
