KMCT Ayurveda College hospital has made a sensible effort to help drivers for handling strain and pressure by starting Ayuryoga project- a combination of Ayurveda and Yoga.
The inauguration of the project was done by Dr SG Chandini [Principal- KMCT Ayurveda Medical College]. “Driving needs much composure on the part of the drivers who could be inclined to traumatic circumstances. Understanding this, the KMCT Ayurveda hospital decided to start Ayuryoga project for drivers. The training provided as part of the project will help the drivers to manage stress and tension”, said Dr SG Chandini.
Dr PJ George [ Professor –KMCT Ayurveda Medical College], Dr Finbe Baby [ Asso. Prof. –KMCT Ayurveda Medical College], Dr Shubasree[ Vice Principal- KMCT Ayurveda Medical College], Dr Mustafa Kamal [ Hospital superintendent- KMCT Ayurveda College Hospital] , Dr P.B. Sanesh [Asst. Professor – Department of Swasthavaritha- KMCT Ayurveda Medical College], Dr. A.K. Sajeeshan [Professor – Department of Swasthavaritha- KMCT Ayurveda Medical College] Mr Girish[ Admin- KMCT Ayurveda College Hospital] and miss Reeja[ Chairperson- KMCT Ayurveda College were present at the function.
The training connected to the Ayuryoga project will be for three days. The training will give a clear picture on the Ayurveda diet which each one has to follow in the day to day life.
